so i literally had to hover each item i could afford (which means no hope telling what those expensive items are) and guess what the comfort and decorative stats were. my sims portraits were blank in create-a-sim, and then when i moved the family into the house and started furnishing, the pop up descriptions of the items would blink out AND the portraits of each item was blank.
